I have been hosting my site with Ion Blade for the past two years. Daniel and Michael have been incredibly helpful with the technology that is confusing to most of us. I was able to transfer from another host, update my SSL and get assistance with configuring my work email. Mike gave me his cell number and Dan explains technicalities with layman's detail. He also put a note in my file that I'm a New England Patriots fan so we always have energetic football discussions during the wait periods.

For the small business that has limited if any marketing and tech budget, Ion Blade comes highly recommended. They are quick, efficient and effective. If I have a site issue or tech problem, I feel quite comfortable calling them. They resolve the issue immediately.
