My technician Andrew was so nice and great at his job! He was always smiling. I got the headlight restoration done because my headlights were cloudy and he worked hard on them to get them clean and clear. I can finally see without my bright lights on. Tim in the auto care center was also very nice, as was the manager. Thank you Walmart, I'll definitely be back!

If I could give a zero I would. I did a curbside pick up. When I checked in I waited over 20 mins with 4 cars that came after me get there stuff. When I ask an associate about my order they ignored me then I walked up to the door and asked again, they said we can’t find your order and then walked away. They are beyond rude here. Do your self a favor and go to Target.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this store, and I’m still in disbelief at how poorly the situation was handled. I placed a photo order, received a text message confirming it was ready (complete with a thumbnail of the image), and even had my receipt in hand when I went to pick it up. But somehow, the store had completely lost my order. How does that even happen? To make matters worse, I had to wait 20 minutes for a manager to arrive, only to be told there was nothing they could do. No replacement, no refund—nothing—because, according to them, the order wasn’t “in the system.” I showed them my receipt and the confirmation text, but it didn’t matter. The manager just shrugged and told me to call their 1-800 customer service line if I wanted a refund, forcing me to waste even more time on their mistake. This level of incompetence is absolutely unacceptable. I did everything right and still left empty-handed, frustrated, and furious. The lack of accountability and customer care is ridiculous. I’ll never shop here again, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid this store unless they want to deal with the same kind of hassle and disrespect. Walmart truly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. They get away with this stuff because they know they can.

Great service in the Auto service Department. Was there for tire installation. Mgr, and staff were very helpful throughout the process. Provided additional quality repair facility. For work outside Walmart's scope.

I’m not usually one to leave a negative review but as you can see by my rating I don’t let just one thing or person affect how I feel about the experience overall. Unfortunately, this Walmart has never actually been one of the highest ranking ones I’ve visited so I wasn’t expecting much out of the visit to start with. The greeter kind of sets the tone in my opinion and since there wasn’t a greeting I didn’t expect to have a very attentive visit which normally isn’t a huge issue for me. If I am being honest though, the customer service is lacking quite a bit on the sales floor. Never felt like I was in the way as much as I did just trying to look at the Halloween stuff. She had clearly just cleaned up her section before her shift ended and didn’t want anything to get touched or something because she was practically guarding the section. My “excuse us” was returned with a glare. The cashier made up for it with her positive attitude and kind words but was still painfully slow checking us out. There was no wait at all but it still took over 30 min to check out the few items I had. I’ll stick to shopping online.

This location may be a Walmart Superstore. Huge selections. If you are looking for arts-related material, several isles were dedicated to finding all things for drawing, painting, coloring books, pens, pencils, and other art stuff. This is a big store.

Bad customer service regarding James the coach manager , not a nice man, gives attitude and does not treat the employees right, very unprofessional mannerism, will never be coming back to this Walmart because of him. Unsatisfied.

Not a very big Walmart, it has basics for when you need something but it does lack a lot. They don't have that big of a grocery area and the fresh fruit is slim pickings at best. Toys and clothes are ok, the electronic area is small. Needless to say, quick pick up and limited need is best for this place. The crowd is terrible, very cramped and hard to get out of the parking lot.
