Do not buy anything from them. They will send you wrong items, refurbished items, damaged items and then they will NOT refund you your money. Look at their Google reviews. We purchased 3 new in box Samsung TV's thru Amazon. This company also sells on Amazon as a 3rd party seller meaning that the seller is responsible for refunds. We received the wrong items. The seller emailed us return shipping labels and the items were shipped back and were received by the seller. The seller would not refund us saying it was Amazon's responsibility. Amazon said as a 3rd party seller it is their responsibility. 8 weeks of finger pointing and the seller still will not refund us. Mind you they already have the returned items AND my money. Stay away from these guys. They are a scam. Don't be fooled by their responses. Their Amazon reviews are fake but their Google reviews are real. Many many people saying the same thing about these guys.

Scam artists. Amazon showed my TV as delivered—but they shipped only an envelope with a sheet listing a different freight tracker. Days later: no appointment, no TV, just canned replies and a request for my phone number. I cancelled and filed an A-to-Z claim. This is not how you handle high-value items.

Store prices were very marked up and the owener was abusive towards my 7 year old daughter. Never coming within a 50 foot radius of this joint. Price’s were also over 5x overpriced compared to Amazon. 1/5 stars .

Order marked delivered when only paperwork arrived. Freight tracking showed no progress and no appointment. I cancelled and asked Amazon for a refund. Handling felt careless and misleading.

Honestly, they don’t know how to hire sales people here. I walk in and I found the speaker that I wanted and the guy approached me and I said what’s the difference between this and that one and he had no idea. He literally had no knowledge of any of the speaker products on the showroom floor. Then I said OK I will take this Sony product. The price in front of the speaker says $148. There were three price tags and there were three speakers so obviously the biggest speaker was the highest price tag. He had no idea if that was the correct price or not. He told me he is going to check Amazon. I told the salesman I am here in your store and you’re checking Amazon for the price. The other man in the store who was either the manager or the sales person just stared the whole time and didn’t bother to approach. We walked out and he lost a sale. This is the reason that people shop online and not in store anymore.

I can safely say that if you don’t know about technology or systems, coming here to video and audio center, won’t be a problem, because of the great staff that they have. Adrian was so helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell he cares and loves his job. Explained things to me in simple form especially since I don’t know much, but he made the experience of shopping so much better. Thanks, I will definitely do all my shopping here at video and audio whenever I need a system or tv or whatever tech I need. Thanks! Recommend so much, if you can ask for Adrian to help, you won’t regret it!
