*Never fulfilled order and never processed refund* 10months of back and forth. Reached out to place our print order in July 2022, they got our order wrong 3-4 times over the course of 4 months… They would go days/weeks without responding to calls/emails. January 2023, still no order so we had to cancel and ask for a refund. It is now May 2023 and they have not processed a refund, as well as go lengths of time not responding to calls/emails. We are now forced to file a dispute. I never spoke with anyone else besides Bryan, who seems nice enough, besides being non-responsive and never has an answer or reason why they were not able to fulfill our order correctly and not able to process a basic refund. Additionally, they are no longer at this location. After weeks of no response, I tried showing up to the location to speak with someone (which I had been previously) and the building was entirely cleaned out/vacant.
