I have used Tiger Direct and liked the company, but not anymore. I had a computer die on me and found one to replace it. However, I was able to get my old computer working so returned my order. It is now in limbo for over 45 days and that is $1400 down the tube. I have tried for months to get it refunded, but get caught in a BS cycle of customer agents unable to assist me. I had to fight this with my credit card company.(Update) Still leaving the review at a 1, but was able to recover the refund but had to swallow the cost of shipping it back, even though I was promised that money as well.

It's true. Tiger Direct is no longer trustworthy. They took my money immediately & then said they won't process the order (charge me) because they won't ship to a mail annex. They did charge me & now tell me I won't get my money back for 3 BUSINESS days. So almost a week. Credit card processing said they did not charge me but the money is gone. STAY AWAY from this company

Still running scams like the good old days. If anybody remember the mail and rebate Bonanza from the early 2000s. We ordered iPad pro a few days ago. They canceled the orders .reason "price mistake" bait and switch!!

I ordered a 1TB SSD NVME Class 40 for $279 on friday 10/9 at 9:40pm and found it on dell website for $179. Emailed customer service requesting to cancel and they said order is processed and they can not do anything till I receive my order. Order did not process and ship till tuesday 10/13 based on tracking info. They did this so that they can charge %15 restocking fee for an item I did not use or opened.

I wished I had checked reviews here before ordering. They forgot to include a drive I ordered with the computer and gave me the run around for days. I finally got fed up after multiple calls and asked for a return authorization # and magically they agreed to send what I had paid for. Worst customer support experience ever.

Don't waste your time with them. Placed my order, they billed my credit card, they confirmation the order, then went to "pending review", I called in 4 times, got it cleared and then they cancelled the order because by that point the item was no longer in stock. They don't have an organized order placement system which leads to customer frustrations. If you have any other option to get the item you need, I would suggest you take it.

I’d give them -5 stars. Cancelled my order without even letting me know, I have to contact them to find out my order was cancelled, and no reason was provided. I hope they go out of business as soon as possible and avoid upsetting more people.

Purchased an all-in-pne desktop. It arrived box flaps open. Computer just thrown in box with a few air pillow thrown in. I refused to accept it, called no-customer service. They shut it takes 7-10 business days to get a return skip. Took 4 days to be packed and shipped. Day 11 still nothing. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
