What a great shop. Was looking for a front disc brake conversion kit for my 65 comet. I was in the area so I decided just to stop by. I was pleasantly surprised they have a full showroom and the person at the desk was more than willing to help me with everything I wanted to know. He answered all the questions I had and got me set up with the right parts and the right quality for definitely the right price. Don't hesitate if you're looking for anything give these guys a call, they are legit.

Order placed on 7/6/25 no updates for 1 1/2 weeks. I called every week. When I called they advised there was a back order on the brackets. They never called to make an update or offer to cancel the order. Then an alleged wait on powder coating. Each week they would tell me it would be received Thursday or Friday the following week. I gave plenty of time and understanding. I called and cancelled on 8/1/25 and was told they would give the cancellation to accounting. This never happened. They took my money immediately for the order and I would like my money back especially for a product the do not have but sell as in stock. Dispute filed and instead of refunding the money the waited another 10 days solidifying their gross incompetence. Waited until 8/23/25 for a forced refund… Please stay away and spend money elsewhere they are a complete joke…

STAY AWAY FROM POL! This is piggybacking off a review that I posted 3 weeks ago. After all the calls, emails, bad reviews, and reporting this business the the Better Business Bureau…. I still did not receive a response. To be entirely fair, one day unannounced, a new master cylinder lid showed up to my house. I was forced to go to a local speed shop and buy a stainless steel line kit for $80 because POL refused to respond after the kit came with some gold crap with shit fittings that would not rotate. Out of control. And since my crap review, I see many others post identical issues with these ppl. STAY AWAY FROM POL

Nice website, I just wish they would indicate that certain items are unavailable and will be a Back Order item. I placed an order for four items, two of which were on a "5-7 Week" back order. So I decided to just ask them to ship what was available and cancel the other items, -They were very helpful with that request and I quickly received the available items on the list. It did take a few calls to move the refund process but they were also helpful with that. I did get a sense that the staff is under some pressure as they seemed very short on the phone. But they were helpful, probably a busy call log. Overall Id recommend first calling for parts availabilities prior to ordering online.

POL used to have such a great website. Not sure what happened. Its completely unusable now. Half the menu buttons dont do anything, there is no rhyme or reason for the organization of the "collections" no options to filter by price,product type, brand, etc. Live inventory is not accurate seeing as parts ordered still take 3+ weeks to ship. I am a mechanic who runs his own shop, and delays like this affects my business and my livelihood. POL used to be my go to, and they have really fallen off. Sad to see.

Ordered a cross member motor mount kit for a small block Chevy when arrived the motor motor mounts would not fit the cross member contacted Fred and after a few pictures and emails they finally agreed that they sent me the ford cross member and would have the right one shipped . Well it arrived in the mail today and they sent me the exact same one. Tried calling with no answer and email with no answer. Been almost a month dealing with this company and still do not have the part I paid for and ordered ! I was looking at other parts from performance online for my build but do believe that I will Have to go with another company. And after seeing other review I wish I would have not even given them a chance to earn my business …….. to add on have been now sent 3 cross member mounts and all three are wrong and was notified today that yes they know they are wrong and have no idea when they will be able to send me the right part. Been trying to get ahold of manager to see about getting a refund called twice and have yet to get a call back.

Poor communication. Waited months for parts my sales guy didn’t ship. Lack of instructions. Given run around on calls for tech advice. Still parts missing. I give up. Had I known I’d not bought from them. What a nightmare. Ordered in June. It’s September still waiting parts. I won’t buy from them ever again

Ordered a brake conversion kit with master cylinder with overnight delivery. The parts were on back order, but no one notified me, so I waited 3 days and finally called back. I asked for an ETA, and they said they'd call me back. No one did. I had to call back again, and they said there were no notes, and no one planned to call me back. They said their system does not notify of back orders, so a client can order a part and think it's processed and only find out days later. Customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional and did not care one bit about what happened. Based on other reviews, this is a consistent practice for them.
