Spahn Movie Ranch Site

Spahn Ranch, as it once was, no longer exists in its original form. The site has become heavily overgrown with thick brush and has been significantly altered by the elements over the years. Despite this, the surrounding scenery remains strikingly authentic to the area's historical charm. It genuinely feels like stepping onto the set of an old western movie, with rugged landscapes and a timeless atmosphere that perfectly captures the essence of the Wild West. The natural beauty of the area, with its rocky outcrops and open skies, evokes a strong sense of nostalgia and transports you back to a bygone era.

Hard to find the manson cave etc but worth it when you do.

It is really overgrown. I wish someone or a group would get together and clean this place up. It could be a really nice park, place to hang out if it was cleaned up. Let me know if anyone is interested in joining me to help clean this place up. Eight Five Oh, five one nine, two five one one.

I Must say I Love this place! Even though the History oF it isn’t as we all know that great because oF what happened. But I Love how peaceful and calm it is! Especially down where the Famous cave photo was taken, IF I had the Money I would absolutely buy the Land. Just because it’s away From everything! And very different From really Nowhere else your gonna Find. Definitely will be back! Little confused though, Supposedly there signs right above the Famous Movie Ranch claiming that Nobody is allowed up there and that iF they see you walking up there the’ll apparently arrest you. There is an owner that does own a house up on the right side oF the path, Just because I did see a home up in there covered by some Rocks, But I don’t know oF how Much he owns, I don’t think he owns the Manson spot, it’s Just up there. I think there is More people that Live up in that Mountain?! But I’m Not really sure, Because I didn’t want to take the chance to much, even though there has obviously been people before that has walked up in that area before. I Just try to avoid the owner as Much as possible!

If you know nothing of the Manson case it's still a nice place to walk through and look around but nothing special beyond that. If you are familiar with the case that is an entirely different story. The buildings are not there but you can picture it by certain landmarks. Either way it's a nice place to visit to soak up nostalgia if you are familiar with the case or not

Very little to see. Take a picture at the Manson “cave”. But that’s about it.
