I consistently buy my running shoes and accessories from Road Runner Sports. Their staff always goes above and beyond and really make the shopping experience an ease. They do not rush you through but you still do not have to wait long for a representative. They take their time and ensure you are happy with your shoe choice. Having treadmills and other tech on site to test the shoes is a plus! Their return/swap policy is great as well as their membership program. I moved a few hours away but am still able to order online with ease, and they keep a profile of your past purchases so you can remember your favorite pairs. I make sure to stop in whenever I’m back in town!

We’ve been to the store twice. First being a very busy Sunday afternoon and although they were juggling multiple duties, staff ensured we were taken care of. Our most recent visit was yesterday on Memorial Day and we had a great time. Tyler was the main person helping us out. He was able to get both myself and my husband fitted and taken care of. Very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable on the shoes and materials. Great atmosphere, we enjoy visiting the store. Will be back again.

My son has a trip to Greece coming up and will be on his feet all day while sightseeing. I wanted to be sure that sore feet didn’t get in the way. I know firsthand how experienced and knowledgeable the employees are and I had wonderful results. Manny spent a lot of time fitting my son and set him up with custom insoles and a great pair of shoes. Thank you Manny for your time and knowledge.

Staff is super helpful and returns with membership are easy. Jordan took the time to bring out lots of options until my son found the right fit and style. Custom fitting service is helpful to insure correct sizing and support. If they do not have your size or preferred color in the store they will ship to your home for free.

As a first-time customer, I have never experienced such lovely service shoe shopping as I did with Road Runner Sports. I was helped by Katie, who was professional, patient, and accommodating. I tried on various running shoes and Katie worked with me until I found the right fit. They offer a VIP rewards program which includes discounts, $20 off your next purchase, and a 90 day return if you're not satisfied with your shoes. I will definitely be returning in the future!
