Novus Property Solutions Ltd

We are dissatisfied with their service. Unprofessional work and rude, unfriendly staff who are liars. Absolutely would not recommend. Avoid if possible. The pictures attached speak for themselves.

Shocking - They have been working on a council house next door and the mess is unbelievable - My driveway is littered with broken roof tiles , Dust over all the cars, My solar panels are so thick with dirt from their work They will have to be cleaned by specialists

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company for a roof replacement. The quality of the work was shockingly poor and unprofessional, with visible flaws that could have been avoided with basic attention to detail. To make matters worse, the management was incredibly rude and dismissive when I tried to address the issues. They outright lied about the timelines and guarantees, showing no accountability for their subpar work. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. They lack both the skill and integrity required for such an important job. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Thank you Shane for the great work on finishing my kitchen and Jim. I was impressed 5* just for you guys and your brilliant work thank you

May I place on record the excellent job the Novus team have done replacing my kitchen this week. The guy's arrived on time, worked diligently and professionally, minimum noise and were courteous and businesslike. Very, very impressed. Ady, the manager, was equally helpful, keeping me up to date with progress. Give them a pay rise!!!!

Don't use and don't let them into your house! These were employed on behalf of the council to fit our floor. Broke our appliance and water value. Got cement on our cooker and over 6ft up the wall. And after all of that did a shobby job.
