Amazing value for money, £70 off the retail price and therecwas no obvious signs of damage, abuse or pre-use. Great comms from the company, delivery was arranged quickly and arrived exactly when it was scheduled to. Brilliant, would definitely use them again and I highly recommended them.

Excellent service and communication. Ordered a Samsung q800f Soundbar Monday pm and it arrived in good order Weds pm. Took a little bit of setting by plugging HDMI cable in correct sorrect. Strangely not HDMI cable was supplied?

I bought a Samsung QE65S95C and got a free sound bar Samsung C430, overall the ordering was straightforward and arranged for my delivery tobe scheduled for Monday 15th July 2024 i arranged that time with one of the customer service representatives. She was very helpful in the live chat. The tv arrived in perfect condition, I checked the packaging and no dents or damaged to the packaging. only thing that I noticed is that the protective film wasn't on the tv screen but it was perfect apart from a couple of hand prints on either corner but soon cleaned off easily. Very happy with the tv in general. I would definitely buy again and highly recommended 100 percent.

I bought a very expensive Samsung Oddesy Arc from The Electronics Warehouse LTD 3 months ago. Delivery was slow and the box was mashed so badly that I didn’t accept delivery. You could feel the screen via one of the many holes in the box. After 3 months of chasing up the company I have still not received the goods or a refund. The lad on the desk regality gives the same updates and fobs me off with a load of mediocre excuses as well as making promises about realistic updates that juts aren’t fulfilled. I would avoid using this company. Having now looked at the other reviews; this is not a ‘one off’ and therefore Trading Standards need to be notified.

Excellent Samsung sound bar & subwoofer, superb quality sound, crisp, clear audio & voice. Electronics Warehouse have supplied a great product at a fair price.

Great store! I bought a soundbar, but it was not compatible with my TV, they replaced the soundbar for me without any problems, they picked it up themselves and brought a new one, the one I wanted! The staff is responsive, I bought the soundbar at a low price, 50% discount because the box was a little shabby, but everything was packed and everything was new, I will not use the box, but to get such a big discount because of the box, no problem! Thanks to this store for everything! I recommend the store to other buyers! Thank you very much!

Purchased Samsung rear speakers. Upon opening there was a big white sticker on each speaker that said manufacturer warranty void. Samsung was nice enough to spend two hours on the phone trying to get them to work without luck. Have now returned. The make you pay your own courier charge and deduct a restocking fee even if the item is defective. I would give them a pass in the future.
