I have been relying on Square One for my phone and broadband services ever since I decided to leave BT due to poor customer service several years ago.. Since switching to Square One, whenever I had a technical issue that needed sorting out, the Square One Technical Support Team was there to help. Several times the issues were equipment-related and the Team demonstrated extra effort on a timely basis so that the interruption to my services was minimized. Also, they are very nice to work with!

SquareOne has been our communications supplier for around a year and we cannot fault the service. From the very beginning, Lisa ensured we were aware of all available options for our business lines and had the best value for money. Anytime there has been an issue (rarely), this has quickly been resolved by the support team, particularly Rhiannon who has gone above and beyond. We look forward to continuing to work with you :)
