Webstarts has been the best website designer and customr service experince I have experinced. If you are thinking of wix do not go with wix. Go with webstarts. Website designer is way faster and does not lag pc. webstarts websites also load much faster than wix websites does so when google reviews the website for speed it recommends it as opposed to a wix site.

I signed up for WebStarts with a positive mindset and genuine curiosity about its capabilities. Unfortunately, my experience with customer support was disappointing. When I asked for help, I received minimal assistance and was then ignored for a week. I eventually posted a question on AppSumo, and instead of addressing my concerns, I was publicly criticised. The response accused me of being ungrateful and even said he was “shocked” that I had the audacity to post publicly, claiming he had created two designs for me “out of scope.” In reality, the “help” amounted to adding a single video to the header, which did not meet my expectations. What I was hoping for was more practical, ready-to-use solutions — for example, fully designed templates that customers can easily fill and launch. A great product with poor customer care will always struggle. Even an average product with excellent customer care can create happy customers who spread the word. WebStarts has potential, but the approach to customer service needs serious improvement. I’ve been using Webstarts for 11 years now and can’t say anything bad about the service. Whenever I have a question they are there to help within a couple of hours or so. The web pages are easy to design, and they are always there to help with ANY questions I may have. I’ve never NOT had a question resolved in a timely manner. I was getting emails directly from Domain registrars advising that I had to do something ASAP with our Beau Peep Farms website. Luke was patient and very understanding in putting up with my numerous questions. I am not a "computer nerd" by any stretch of the imagination and he advised that these were indeed things that they do and that the registrars were reaching out to me directly and that I had nothing to worry about as they (Webstarts) would handle anything that needed to be changed or altered either themselves or through contact with us.
