Checked opening times on Google and on Dream Doors own website and saw that they were open until 4pm on a Saturday. We drove up from Bognor, parked and paid, then were somewhat disappointed to find that they actually closed at 2pm, about 10 minutes before we got there. Makes for some concerns about possibly doing business with them.

Needed quote for some kitchen upgrade work , they came out for estimate 25th January wanted new work tops / tap and pullout inner draws for side cabinets plus replacing all draw handles..found the estimator quite negative with bits I wanted done . Took measurements for work tops and told quote would be with me later that day. That was 5 weeks ago and I’m still waiting , it’s almost like they didn’t want the job !! Very disappointing.

I made an appointment from this company to come and assess our need for a kitchen upgrade. Neil arrived and gave some great advice and was very friendly. An estimate was to come our way within a day or 2. I waited, then prompted. He was awaiting input from his plumber. I waited a week or so, no reply. I prompted with an email, no reply. I know the email is working as we had exchanges to start with. A week later I did so again. No reply. I telephoned and spoke to the business owner. I will get him to contact you when I see him this afternoon he said. 3 days later nothing. This is very disappointing and incredibly unprofessional and rude. If the job is not for them or not worth their while then why not just say so and I would have accepted it. Not good enough.

We have recently had our kitchen doors and worktops replaced and I have to say from start to finish Dream Doors have done an excellent job. We were made to feel very welcome by Neil when first visiting their showroom to choose our doors and countertops. Neil then came to our home to measure up and we were kept up to date on when the work was to commence. Lee the fitter arrived and I cannot commend him enough for the excellent workmanship provided by him. He was very thorough and ensured he cleaned up as he went along. It was very evident he takes pride in his work. The job was completed in under two-and-a-half days. I absolutely love my new kitchen and it’s all down to Dream Doors. I would definitely recommend Neil and his team to anyone who is looking for a replacement kitchen. Thank you Dream Doors.

We chose 2 sets of pullout corner unit shelves after advice from Neil and Richard to be retro fitted to our kitchen. Lee has just installed them and we are very pleased with the result. Lee is confident very professional, organised and has done a great job.

Just had a new kitchen finished today. I can’t express more how pleased we are with our lovely new kitchen. From start to finish the service received was excellent. Work started on the day that we had been given initially. Neil was extremely helpful when we were deciding on what to have. Lee the fitter was excellent too, he is obviously very skilled at his trade. We would happily recommend this company to anyone.

Really rate this company. Neil came and measured up. gave me complete kitchen upgrade for a reasonable price. The installers were good and any snagging was dealt with within the week. All in all a great Job

Had a great experience with dream doors from Neil coming to look and measure, to Jack coming and fitting the kitchen doors jack is very professional and such a perfectionist with his attention to detail and really friendly an would definitely recommend
