Really love dealing with Genmar, my experience in general with IT companies is that they are difficult to contact and slow to respond and dealing with issues a real pain - Genmar are the opposite - easy to get hold of and quick to respond. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Genmar for IT support.

Called in after a problem with my laptop, they identified fault then repaired and collected within 4 hours. Great service from the guys in the workshop and thankyou for quick turnaround. Definitely use again.
