Ready to throw my "All in one" computer away after months of frustrating start-up problems. Found GB computers on line, made contact and Gavin visited my home, diagnosed a Hard Drive problem, took the machine away and delivered it back in 24 hrs fixed and running. He even spent time on the return visit to set everything back up. Excellent service and would recommend him to anyone who has a computer problem

Called Gavin with a problem, went through the possible issues. He picked my gaming desktop up, fixed it extremely quickly and dropped it back off! Everything working brilliantely and fair priced! Highly recommend!

Had a update problem on my laptop with in a hour I get a phone call that's it is sorted out, I would recommend this business as the gentleman was very professional and the cost of sorting out the PC was very well priced. Would recommend to get your laptops and PC sorted out

Had a problem with my PC for a couple of weeks phoned gb computers and came out in 20 mins and took it away and fixed and ready the next day good reliable service would recommend

Had someone come to me for a pc repair that this person said couldn't be fixed, and still charged the person, upon inspection it hadn't even been touched so stayed with him for over a week to do nothing and still be charged a fee, I managed to get the pc running within half an hour and was an easy job

Was extremely fast, very professional and reliable - Unfortunately for me for my issue was not something that could be fixed. Gavin did try every route first, even passing it on to a more specialized colleague who might have been able to diagnose the issue (Motherboard was fried), but even with those extra steps it only took a couple days to get it back to me, free of charge - if I get any issues on future builds I'll likely be back

Amazing Support!! My PC decided to take its self down the lane of Not working (into a boot loop), i rang up GB Computers asking a few questions, he said to me i can come pick it up and assess the situation and he did it!! At first we thought it was the whole motherboard that had broken and no it wasnt he was able to figure out the problem in less that 12hrs!!! And the problem was that the PC was in a cycle of boot loop. Amazing guy amazing support would highly recommend!! 100% top of my list to return to!!!
