I attended a party at Bia Lounge and was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The service was excellent. Staff were attentive, polite, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. The food was delicious and well-presented, with a great variety that catered to different tastes. Everything was served fresh and hot. The venue itself is a good size, spacious enough to accommodate a decent crowd comfortably without feeling cramped. It’s a great hall for events, whether you’re planning a wedding, party, or conference function. Cleanliness was also spot on. Everything from the main hall to the restrooms was spotless, which really added to the positive impression. I honestly have no complaints, Bia Lounge delivered on all fronts. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable venue in Birmingham.

The venue is spacious with pleasant decoration, though pillars do block the view. Food is generally good and tasty too, although both my wife and I had stomach ache next day. Service was okay, with dishes dumped on tables in a hurry. The trolley collecting plates and scraping food waste at the side of table into black bin liner was neither classy nor what you would see in any restaurant. Toilets were not very clean and are limited in number. Car park was quite small. Would only recommend on price if that is main criterion.

Bia Lounge provided us with a fantastic catering experience for our son's pre-wedding party. The staff were very helpful, courteous and went beyond expectations in terms of customer service. The food was delicious and we and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We would like to thank the owners and staff for their professionalism and excellent catering for the event at the B12 Urban Hall in Moseley. We highly recommend Bia Lounge's catering. Good size hall for events, could do with more toilets, parking not the best as you can't fit many cars in, staff are friendly and helpful 👍🏻 would recommend. We hired this venue, staff were amazing, management were very helpful. We ordered the catering through Bia Lounge, food was exceptional, couldn't fault it at all. I recently attended an event at Bia Lounge Banqueting Hall in the West Midlands, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! Being one of the oldest and most well-known venues in the area, Bia Lounge truly lives up to its reputation. The customer service was outstanding – the staff was attentive and welcoming, making sure every guest felt comfortable and looked after. The atmosphere of the hall was elegant and spacious, making it perfect for any event. I would absolutely recommend Bia Lounge for weddings, parties, or any special occasion. It’s the perfect venue with great service! Highly recommended!

Had my wedding here, nice little hall tucked away, upstairs, downstairs and a marquee with parking available. I seriously got a bumper price package at £10 per head for 400 ppl, that was all inclusive of food, waiters/ress, tables hall etc.

Great hall, the outside does not look that big, but it has space for around 500 people. The hall is decorated nice and the food was really good. Came here for a recent wedding. There is plenty of car park space infron and the side.
