Staff will open your room doors before check out times. Toilet is always dirty they do not wash it well enough. And there are no longer extra pillows in the room. Staffs are always micro aggressive. This lady tall with the bushiest eyelashes known to man with an equally grating voice came into the room before check out times when she could have waited till 12

I stay in the Sidcup branch all the time , it's lovely there. Guy on the counter at Belvedere was abrupt and unwelcoming and the whole building stunk of cannabis ! We could smell it outside hotel and you could smell it in the hallway and in our room ! We went out later that evening and could still smell it throughout the building. Won't be staying here again.

A convenient hotel with a supermarket, coffee place and pub next door for sourcing food. Staff on reception are always friendly, especially Anthony. The staff are polite and helpful, the car park is free and a vending machine is available in reception.

Reception staff - Diana, was brilliant and super helpful. She was particularly good with my 10 year old daughter, asking how our days were and great help with directions for around London and what to visit. The room were clean and big enough. We actually ended up staying an extra night. Although the air con didn't work in our first room, they came straight up, apologied and provided a fan. Location was a short walk to the train station, about 45 mins from London Bridge. Excellent service

Standard new Travelodge design layout, no issues. Good location with the pub, Starbucks and Lidl all within a very short walk. Didn’t sleep well, quite of a lot disturbance overnight (doors slamming, people walking up and down the corridor, voices etc). Difficult to work out what was going on but something wasn’t right. This is where Travelodge could really learn a thing or two from Premier Inn and soundproofing. In the morning there were a large number of police officers who had congregated in the entrance foyer and several police vehicles in the car park. They were unable to give the reason for their presence however I can’t help but suspect it was linked to the disturbance overnight. Either someone had died or some form of criminal activity. It’s rather put me off returning.
