ICONNECT S&M LIMITED

Amazing company. Honest, helpful, courteous and professional from the start. So happy my sons phone was able to be fixed. Communication and price were outstanding. Thank you and will definitely used again if needed.

Not to happy with shop as I took my phone into their and he said he fixed it and it was working fine and then it just started messing up and everyone said too me he had put a wired funny screen on it then soon after I brought a speaker and I brought it for 50 quid and he said he was gonna charge it so I let him charge it for a bit but soon qfter I said "ill just buy it " because their was lots of people in the shop and I didn't want to cause a big line so he'd get it down faster so i brought it 50 quid he gave me this letter thing and then i took it home thinking yeh I will be listening to lots of music so I started charging it at home and it worked but then didn't so the next day I took back he was All their smiling at me likes he knows and explained how I didn't work and only worked for a little amount of time and he accused me of criminal damage so don't recommend coming here he would just scam and take ur money

Trustworthy and honest, with great customer service. The best phone/ electronics shop I have come across and will continue to use. Highly recommend

Great shop, patient guys & reasonable price. Surely recommend these guys.

I went into this shop last week to purchase a new phone. It's our second phone from them. They are so helpful, kind and welcoming. I always come away with such fab phones at such reasonable prices. They even transferred all my pictures and apps for me (which took a while due to a very old phone) they treated me so nice, got me a drink and food and just couldn't be any more kind 🙂 thank you so much. I really appreciate you all.

It’s not often I am lost for words! But how can I improve or find any more superlatives in expressing my gratitude in thanking such a wonderful couple who go more than the extra mile. Mr Singh and his wife and the service they provide is as close as we can get to perfection in today’s world. Congratulation's to all that have also contributed in thanking them in all the 5 star reviews including my own. Please keep up the good work and let’s support I connect in keeping it in Bedworth. Thank you Best regards jwh.

I went in this Shop this morning not sure what to expect with a Phone I needed looking at as a 2nd Phone for My Neighbour. The guy in the Shop welcomed me with a warm smile and worked in a Professional Manner. He was kind considerate and very understanding. He sorted the Phone for My Neighbour out and saved me a huge amount of money. I will definitely return to this shop if I have any new problems with My phone. I would definitely recommend this shop 10000%. The guy knows his tech he is a gentleman and a ledgend
