Well, you couldn't ask for better professional service from Steve .... with no sharp intake of breath... he was cheerful , helpful and had a positive ,'can-do attitude.... a rarity in this day-and-age. Promptly resolved by him ...there and then... and recovered my 23+ years old 3 1/2" floppy disc info and emailed me the readable files. Highly recommend... what great service ! Many thanks.

Steve is a very competent and friendly guy. My chromebook recently went down and knowing the urgency he was able to fix it the same day. He could have charged anything, but kept the charge to the minimum, so also very honest. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

What a great shop to find. Took my very old and unusable laptop down to see if it could be fixed, I now have my laptop back and it's running like new. Really friendly service and my laptop was fixed at a great price. I'll definitely be recommending Steve to anyone who needs help with their computer. Just been back to Steve with another tech problem, he was really helpful and sorted the problem out. 5stars again for my 2nd visit.

I couldnt get my tablet screen to turn on, so I contacted Steve & asked him to have a look at it for me. He identified the problem & fixed it for me. He also helped me with other issues I had. I found him very pleasant & easy to talk to as he explained things to me. I would certainly have no hesitation in using him again, & would definitely recommend him. First class service from Steve I cant thank him enough.

I contacted Steven at Northumberland IT computers thinking my laptop was finished. Within 2 days he rang me saying it’s done. I couldn’t believe how he made it work like new. And the bill was cheap. I’d definitely recommend this guy. I’m very happy with the service and and he’s a great lad who’s happy to help. I’ll definitely recommend him to friends and family. 5 stars isn’t enough.

First class service. I bought an iMac that looked worse for wear at auction (a bit risky I know) and asked Steve if he could do anything. New screen and operating system later it is perfect (at about a tenth of the price of a new machine). I couldn't be more pleased.
