Karlito was brilliant and helped resolved some poor wifi signal and connectivity issues I had with my BT discs. He offered up a number of solutions with minimum fuss and different budgetary costs. No hard sell for anything and gives you honest feedback on what can be achieved. Clean, tidy, polite and super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Can’t recommend enough !

Karlito has been amazing. He designed a great solution to network our house and deal with a bandwidth heavy household with 4 teenage kids and 2 work at home parents. He then worked with our builders to ensure a seemless install and returned to make sure all worked perfectly.

I can't thank Karlito at Comms Specialist enough. I had major issues with my BT broadband and was looking at over a week for a engineer to possibly fix the problem, I spoke to Karlito and he linked me into his live video call to diagnose the issue. After 1hour of technical duties completed on his end, karlito managed to not only get our WiFi connection running again but also managed to get me on track with a much faster broadband speed. First class!!! I contacted Comms Specialist Karlito because I had very poor internet connection in the barn at my work yard which is on a farm in a very rural location.
