Always receive good service no matter the problem - large or small. Now replaced my laptop at a reasonable price so that it is Windows 11 compliant. It gives me such peace of mind knowing all is running smoothly in the background when I am doing my best to break it.

Andy is fantastic in every way. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Always willing to help and will go the extra mile to get the job done. Great range of IT skills and gives me huge peace of mind that my laptop and date is backed up all the time. I also went through a huge change setting up a business and he supported me throughout. Can not recommend enough.

Had a first class job of getting my current PC reviewed, and a new setup installed and everything - including my laptop - upgraded by Andy of ACN Solutions. His knowledge and expertise are excellent and each step is explained so even a layperson like myself can understand it! Andy delivers a totally first class professional service with a very friendly and supportive approach. I highly recommend going to ACN Solutions if you have any issues with your IT setup.

Can’t fault Andy! He’s a star! He was recommended to help me when I wasn’t receiving business emails through Outlook. He returned my call quickly, was lovely to work with, kept me calm and quickly fixed the issue. We were back up and running in no time. Highly recommend Andy.

Had a networking problem on our company computer system after 3 power cuts in one afternoon. I spent the next 2 days trying to fix the problem with no joy. Andy came in and had all 4 computers talking to each other within 15 minutes. Great service, highly recommend ACN Solutions.

ACN Solutions look after my IT support, Microsoft/email management and online backups. Great service at sensible prices. Extremely responsive to requests and jargon free, which is a bonus.

Had problems with my 'POP' email account and Microsoft Edge following recent updates on my laptop by Microsoft and was recommended to Andy at ACN Solutions. He's very pleasant and resolved the problems efficiently and very quickly. He did all this remotely so I only had very limited inconvenience, not having to take my laptop to him. Also the fees he charged were very reasonable. I would be very happy to recommend this company and I'll most definitely go to ACN for assistance should I need IT help again.

Andy is so reliable. He has always sorted my computer problems out quickly and at a fair price. He is especially good at explaining what is going on.
