What an amazing team of people. Always on hand to get us out of a mess or supply new equipment at very competitive prices. We desperately needed a new keyboard for a faulty laptop, they ordered a new one and donated us a keyboard to use until the new one arrived. They fitted the new keyboard quickly and had us up and running in no time. Brought a custom gaming PC from edge as mine was out of a date and slow. Lauren and David couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. Talked me through the different options relevant to my budget, put the order in on Friday afternoon and had my new PC set up in my home by Tuesday evening. 10/10 service would highly recommend.

I contacted Edge as my laptop wasn't up to the task of editing videos. Spoke to Lauren who explained my options in SIMPLE English rather than trying to over complicate and confuse me. I decided on a new computer but had a tight time frame due to leaving the country again the next week. By the end of the day, I had an email with some options to look at, again with simple comparisons. I made my choice, they ordered it and arranged for my data to be transferred from the old computer, all within a few days. I can't compliment their service enough, they were great. I did technically travel 4,436 miles to use them and would do it again.
