Axians UK (Nouveau Solutions Ltd)

We were unfortunate enough to have the second rate services of Nouveau foisted on us when we became part of a larger business group. We found out after this relationship ended that they had made it possible for this group to access our emails after we had split our business arrangements, this was carried without our knowledge and in direct contravention of the UK’s GDPR laws.

Where do I start..... So I ordered a Fortinet Fortigate 60D on the 4th of November 2016. It was initially ordered with the intent that it had WIFI capabilities (which was stated on the promotional material incorrectly due to the fact it was referring to the FortiWIFI). So after a chat with the sales team it was concluded that I wasn't going to get a refund due to the fact I'd opened the box, so instead I paid more money for WIFI transmitters. The WIFI transmitters I was advised only transmitted 2.4GHZ, which for an office of Macs is again useless. So for over three weeks our office had to survive on 8MBPS wifi speed through the entire office! In turn I spoke to support and spent hours trying to resolve the issues, who then sent out a different 5GHZ WIFI transmitter, which worked for all of 15 minutes then crashed. So by then my patience had waned and I returned everything by registered post and demanded a refund. If you can't get the products to work which you supposedly are specialists in then it really is a poor show. Refund initially refused, due to the fact the boxes were open and I didn't have the original packaging? Are you serious? After a few emails they came to the conclusion that they would actually refund me, but then refunded my initial payment back to Paypal on a guest account? The payment to the 'guest account' cannot be found and the refund for my second payment of £198 which has been refunded direct to my account has mysteriously also gone missing. If you want to purchase Fortinet products there's plenty of other resellers......just don't shop here.
