Lineal Software Solutions Ltd

The support team at Lineal assisted me with the IT setup for my business. They were fantastic from start to finish. Their processes are smooth, with knowledgeable staff and great customer care. I feel at ease knowing I can call upon them should the need arise. Thank you!

I've recently taken two Pearson Vue CompTia exams here, and both times it's been a great experience. Staff are welcoming and friendly, and the testing environment i found perfect, comfortable and quiet.

Surprised to find such a friendly, professional and timely service in a small town like Barnstaple. 5 stars.

From the very first contact the service has been five star plus! We had a new WiFi and CCTV system installation at our B&B. Ian carried out the initial survey and made his recommendations which we approved in full. Sarah in the office managed the job keeping us fully informed on how the work was going to proceed. This is a company which exceeds expectations and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective client. A big thank you to Ian and Sarah for their professionalism and personal service. We look forward to working with you going forward.

When my MacBook needed fixing, I took it to Lineal and was delighted with the service I received. Lineal saved me a lot of money and I would highly recommend them.

Today is the second time Lineal has helped me with some tech issue. Last year they did a great job upgrading my MacBook Pro. Today they helped solve a problem with a Dell monitor webcam and a Dell laptop running Linux. Ian, one of their tech support engineers, went through all of the issues until he identified the problem and suggested a solution. Great job! I really recommend Lineal..Simon, Braunton, North Devon

I was having a last minute nightmare with my Mac which I needed sorting before I went away that evening, I was in Barnstaple and called lineal and within 5 minutes I was sat with an expert who had my Mac running back up to speed in under half an hour. The staff were genuine nice people and we're happy to help me out. It's great to be able to get good technical help right in north Devon, no need to go all the way to Exeter! Froth on!

We worked on a couple of projects with Steve. He's excellent to work with and very accommodating. He works hard to ensure his customers are completely happy with his service. We particularly appreciate his support and creativity in helping us turn our often vague ideas into something concrete that we are happy with.
