We booked the guest house for 1 night on the 16th august. We arrived about 2pm. What a lovely little place it was. The lady who was therewas standing in for the regular lady who was on holiday. She was friendly helpful and very pleasent. We were shown to our rooms, they were immaculately clean and very well decorated and equipped. I had a great nights sleep! All in all would highly recomend...

A great guest house. Stayed here for 2 nights while attending a wedding at nearby Elsham Hall. Location was good with off street parking.||Room was very clean and comfortable with tea making facilities, biscuits etc. Didn’t expect it to be tidied, bed made, tea topped up etc but it was. ||Didn’t have breakfast there but it’s available at an extra cost if wanted.||Friendly staff too.||Would recommend.

How do you write a review about a hotel where everything is perfection? Doesnt look remarkable from the outside but once inside (Self registration etc) it is like going into a little palace. Everything is so crisp, clean tidy etc etc. Your room has already been informed to you by email and the signposting is perfect directing you to your room. There it continues perfect perfect perfect. Shower room was superb. Very comfortable and ultra clean. If I need to stay in the area I will be staying here without a doubt.

I stayed at the guest house in May'25, and had a great experience. After booking, the comms. from the team was spot on. Getting access to the house and my room was super easy, and the breakfast was fresh/homemade by wonderful and very friendly staff. The room was as described, and considering how much the room cost, or didn't, you cannot find better!!! Well done Holcombe Guest House - you are great - thank you.
