Thank you. First class service from Chris, his product knowledge was excellent making our washing machine purchase easy. When it came to delivery it was within 2 days, fitted and old unit taken away for us. A quick and neat job. The fact that it was 5 o'clock on a Saturday evening and Chris left the showroom to do this for us is testimony to the company and him. I will definitely recommend. Thanks again.

Dishwasher broke on Friday rang up store ordered new indesit one. Fitter arrived when promised and rang before hand on Monday 3rd November. Removed old appliance, went over and above to alter and fit the new appliance ensuring a flush fit as it was integrated , so that it fitted much better than previous one. Very friendly and gave great advice on how to use the dishwasher and demonstrated it's use. Very good worker and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Basil knipe for a professional, friendly and efficient service. Please pass on our thanks to this fitter on our behalf. Thank you

Recommended to go and have a look as told they are nice people to deal with. Well I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw a very smart show room with a huge range of all electrical appliances. Very friendly helpful knowledgeable staff about all brands, ended up with new cooker hob and microwave. Delivered and to be installed next week at a time suitable. Easy to deal with and prices competitive.

I want to thank Peter for the way he handled the problem I had with a product I bought almost a year ago, I was frustrated and angry with the company that manufactured the machine trying to explain the problem was was like explaining to a one week old baby how to dress he/herself. I'm more than satisfied with the outcome Peter replaced the product there and then, thank you so much and I would highly recommend Basil Knipe for future products.

Wide range of consumer electronics, mostly household tech such as washing machines, fridges, ovens or TVs so don't get too excited if your in need of computer related bits or monitor arms Staff were super helpful and welcoming.

If you want fantastic old-school customer service this is the place to shop. They go above and beyond to look after you. I bought a fridge freezer which not only was a great price but was delivered safely to me in London on a day I chose. Communication was great throughout. Thoroughly recommend them.
