I live near their warehouse so I always use desk service and never disappointed. Top service and advice. I hate waiting in for deliveries. Reviews look bad for posting. They may need to sort that out asap.

Update - following this review, my order was delivered in three separate packages. The first was delivered just over 2 weeks from placing the order, the last package was delivered 7 weeks from placing the order. This company is obviously legit as they have sent the products - all of which have been delivered well packaged and as described. If they improve their communication and provide realistic estimate delivery dates then I’ve got no doubt this would be a great company to buy from in the future. Ordered over £350 worth of various lamps but items never dispatched despite being ordered over 2 weeks ago. No response to the 3 emails sent to them. Had to get money back via the bank. Very poor service- wish I’d seen the reviews before ordering

Popped over to the sales desk as this is a local company. They had the bulb I needed and reminded me that as this was a halogen oven bulb, not to touch the glass with bare fingers to avoid potential damage to the bulb when fitting. Will definitely use again.

The worst online retailer I have ever had to deal with! be aware!! I had to make several call and several emails to receive the product I ordered. When it arrived it was not what I ordered and returned and asked for a refund. Week's later I still have refund and on emailing them, I was told 'they are busy'!

Avoid at all costs. Try and make the light bulb yourself before you consider purchasing from this company. Ordered one light bulb, was charged £5 for standard delivery. Three weeks later they still haven’t beeen bothered to ship it. Their response to asking for it to be shipped or a refund on my delivery charge because it’s late summarised to - we don’t do refunds and we don’t really care. Please close your business and save us all the hassle

Very slow & poor communication. The order I placed on 8th Jan finally arrived on 5th Feb. The order was very welll packed & all items were delivered as per the order. Just a shame the company doesn't keep customers informed of delays as I subsequently reordered & received the items from a different company

Beware of this company. Two weeks after ordering, I've recieved nothing and had no notification that the order's been shipped or delayed. Emails to customer service ignored. Now having doubts that they actually exist.
