This hotel is very tired and worn. Carpets in hallways were ripped up at the seams, veneer on cabinetry in room was peeling off, a/c didn’t work properly (heard the same from other guests), elevator was rickety sounding, entrance from parking lot was dirty with stains across the floor. Stopped here on our way to Texas so the location was convenient and staff were friendly but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Location was perfect to food options and the bank Simmons arena. Price was better than the other options around. Free breakfast, parking was plenty. Full Eat in kitchen, couch, TV, walk in shower spacious for couples, great shower head placement and personal thermostat. Clean throughout! Little shop with necessities, food and drink options for the fridge in room. Great helpful staff! Amazing shampoo and conditioner! Dish rags, soap, paper towels, coffee all available in your room! Has a fireplace, pool, and basketball court outside. I can not say enough great things about this location! Josh, Jasmine, Ashton, and Brent (the manager) were all Exceptional!!! Thank you to the higher management for allowing me to purchase the shampoo and conditioner! I was/am thrilled to death! This location deserves a raise! They are all just amazing!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Clean. Rooms, staff are friendly and passionate about hospitality, and most importantly the location is perfect. I love staying here and make an effort to book here when I visit Little Rock!

This is our second year staying within this hotel and we have opted this has been the better choice between the other we had stayed at the year in between. Nice rooms, close to many things within walking distance. The interns we travel with enjoy the basketball area and the outdoor seating. Their breakfast is also fairly good and complimentary.

First, Jasmine at the front desk was a star, we asked for lemon and honey for a sore throat and she went above and beyond to help. Lobby was clean and fresh, our room with the kitchen was all in order and clean. The complementary breakfast was good for what they offered. We definitely would stay here again

Chose this property as it was convenient to downtown and welcomes dogs. This location was perfect; we walked everywhere or took the free trolley. Many bars, restaurants, parks, museums, churches and Clinton Library are easy walks. Plenty of neighboring areas to walk our dog; we stayed on the 5th floor in a Junior Suite and it was spacious and very quiet.

The location is great and close to the convention center and downtown. The staff was super nice and very attentive. The downside was the rooms. We had two different two-bedroom suites and each room had their assortment of issues. My room: Refrigerator seal partially off causing fridge to be warm when we got there. I replaced the seal which took about 10 seconds and it started to cool. Refrigerator also made noises most of the time we were there and seems to be coming from underneath. TV in king room didn’t work. A piece of furniture seemed to be missing so they used the desk as part of the dining table to accommodate 4 people. This was room 120 in case they want to make the repairs.

One of the best hotels my family of 4 has ever stayed at! Staff was WONDERFUL (front desk team is amazing and loved our bulldog too). Place was the perfect location for walking around downtown and shopping etc. And it was SO CLEAN all throughout the hotel. We will be back again for sure next time through Little Rock!
