AC Hotel Phoenix Downtown

AMAZING 👏 round of applause for this hotel and the staff. Everything about my stay was top notch. Not sure of the lady & gentleman that checked me in on 2/7/25 around 4:30pm but they were exceptional. Really friendly, helpful and kind. This is the second AC by Marriott I've stayed at and so far my favorite. Loved the modern look, the fire pits by the bar and the cleanliness of the whole hotel. My room was great, super comfy bed, again had a rain shower + normal shower which was perfect to stand under after a long day of hiking. Also another note, I loved the parking situation. Being able to come & go as I please without dealing with valet was an added bonus for me. Loved the freedom without the stressful tipping & waiting on the car. This will be my go to each time I am in town! Thanks for the great stay!

This hotel is the epitome of CLEAN! The staff were excellent! They definitely went above and beyond during my stay. I had 0 issues! I also was able to check in early and check out later. 10/10.. I can’t wait to return ❤️

This place is amazing! The staff is also the best, especially Cherry at the front desk! She was so helpful and friendly, went above and beyond and was very hospitable and accommodating to us. We stayed at the Reaidence Inn a couple blocks down and they refused to let us check out at 12-1pm, made us leave at 11 and Cherry was able to help us get settled into the AC earlier than the normal check in time and all with a smile on her face. She is the definition of the Marriott Way. THANK YOU!

I added an extra night to a business trip and wanted to be downtown. I chose the AC Hotel based on location and very reasonable pricing. While it's further out from the core than other spots, don't let that fool you. It's only a couple blocks away from everything you want to see and it's much easier to get to. Hotel is super clean, looks brand new, absolutely love the vibe. Staff is highly professional, very welcoming and always ready to answer questions. Check-in was a breeze, parking is just on the side of the hotel and easy to access. Rooms are very clean, you'll find all the amenities you could want and a very large shower in the bathroom. I definitely recommend a stay here.

The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to nearby arenas for sporting events. Staff were friendly (ESPECIALLY the bartender). The hotel was quiet at night despite being in a centralized location. The rooms were spacious & the shower pressure was perfect (huge deal to me). The only deal breaker for me was that the rooms didn’t have a microwave , which sucks because I ate out a lot and had no way to rewarm my leftovers. Other than that, great stay and would stay again.

Great experience at this hotel! Rooms were very clean and modern. I was on the 11th floor with a city view. I liked how quiet the hotel was! Even though it’s in the downtown area, you don’t hear traffic or car noises. The staff were friendly. Even when just returning from leaving they would greet me. I also appreciate how they included 2 waters in the room and there are refillable water stations on 3 different floors. There are also several food spots nearby, making it easy to grab something quickly for a meal. I’d recommend this hotel!

Overall a very nice stay with good hospitality. But the breakfast service was confusing and I got different information about it from different people in the restaurant. Food was good, just service was confusing. Consider aligning on how you describe the buffet/ a la carte offerings in the future, and welcoming guests at the door. Overall very satisfied- the team was very helpful and kind in organizing a weird stay schedule with us.

I had a great overall experience at this hotel! I tend to have consistently positive stays within the Marriott chain, and this was no exception. I’d rate the hotel 4.5 out of 5. The staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed for an early check-in, which I deeply appreciated since my flights are always early in the morning. Other chains and even Airbnb often don’t offer this flexibility, so it really stood out. My room was modern and functional, and I appreciated the free water and mini fridge. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch, as some chains only clean every other day. However, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, so I’d rate the room a 4/5. The amenities were impressive, especially the hydration stations and the friendly, attentive service in the lounge. Breakfast was reasonably priced, light, and offered good options, with solid coffee. Dinner was exceptional despite a small menu. The drinks, especially the lemon drops (the passion fruit version was phenomenal!) and the espresso martini, were top-notch. The food was equally impressive: • Limon chili wings: Crispy, flavorful, a perfect 10/10. • Burger: Well-seasoned and tasty, 8/10. • Seasoned fries: Outstanding, 10/10. • Seasoned potatoes: Good, but not as flavorful as the fries, 7/10. Overall, I had an amazing stay and will definitely continue choosing Marriott for my travels!
