I started using Wargame Portal's website about a year ago and had a great experience. I found the website easy to navigate and the pricing was great. They have a huge inventory and the online customer service is fantastic. A few months ago they actually opened a store front in my area and Its my go to for all my wargaming needs. The staff are awesome and genuine. I can always count on them for honest advice on purchasing and their feedback is always on point. I've frequented many hobby stores over the years and in my opinion theirs is the best when it comes to wargaming and wargaming accessories. If you're looking for a home store or just curious about the hobby I cant recommend them enough. Whether in store or online you can't go wrong.

Sharing my experience with an online order. I ordered a Warhammer model to be delivered, and after waiting so long I decided I wanted to cancel my order. After an email request to cancel my order went into the void I called in to the physical location for the woman to tell me she can't handle online orders. And then she told me to email them again. So I find a number that does handle them and the guy on the phone was super condescending. He said the model was on back order and insisted I missed it. Even if that is the case your website should make it very obvious that's the case or I wouldn't have wasted my time. I'm looking at their website now, and as before it does not say "backorder." Your customer service skills and attitudes are terrible. If you're reading this review as a potential customer, buy your models from Amazon. This isn't "libel" this is feedback from a potential customer you should've shown a minimal amount of respect towards. Edit: My response to the owner response: Frankly I disagree with your views on how your rep handled it. I appreciate the refund & confirmation email but his voice was absolutely dripping with condescension towards me after I gave him my order #. And that is not something you can try and cover up on your owner response. Disappointing but amazon also ended up being cheaper.

Great prices, phenomenal customer service. Before the Custodes Combat Patrol and Battleforce were announced, I ordered several Custodes minis, some of which were not in stock and had to be ordered. A few days later, the new box sets were announced and contained the minis I had just ordered. Since the backordered units had not arrived for them, they had not shipped me the order yet, so I asked for a full refund because I planned to order the new box sets. They refunded me in full with no hassle and even signed me up for the preorder for both box sets when I mentioned I cancelled my order because I planned on buying the box sets instead. As the day of the preorder approached, they emailed clear instructions to everyone who signed up for them. They were open and honest about Games Workshop's (GW) last-minute supply shift that left Wargame Portal unable to fulfill as many Battleforce orders as GW led them to believe. Wargame Portal even extended a generous coupon for a future order to those who missed out on the Battleforce because of GW's mistake. I was fortunate enough to receive an opportunity to buy 1 of the few Battleforce sets they received from GW. Through my own fault, I accidentally preordered too many Combat Patrol sets and immediately contacted them asking for a partial refund. Again with no question asked, Wargame Portal immediately refunded me exactly as I requested. When I told them I was unable to apply a discount code to the Battleforce order, they refunded me the difference, again without any hassle! When GW announced they had delivery delays, Wargame Portal let us know right away and promised to expedite those orders as soon as they arrived. Wargame Portal stayed true to their word an sent the box sets via expedited shipping to make up for another GW error. I have since received all of the box sets I had preordered (and some other minis I ordered at a separate date) in excellent condition. Many of my customer service correspondences were conducted outside of their posted business hours. One such correspondence was the Combat Patrol refund; I requested it a little after midnight, and (to my pleasant surprise) it was refunded before 1am! They have truly gone above and beyond in working with me. Wargame Portal has been a pleasure to do business with. I cannot recommend them enough!

I ordered the Kroot hunting pack box from them. It’s over 3 weeks later than the advertised delivery date and I still haven't received it. When I asked about starting a refund process as my package is obviously lost. I was told that it was their policy to not give refunds for lost packages because it was not their fault and I would not receive a penny of my $187 I spent on the box. I will never use their service again. They have poor customer service and there is no guarantee you will even receive what your ordered.

Amazing customer service I had a faulty warhammer 40k model come in the mail which sucked but they were so quick and were in constant contact with me every step of the way to help resolve the issue and get my replacement checked and shipped out to me 10 out 10 would highly recommend
