I had no clue that Cullman had a Radio Shack! They had in stock the cable that I needed for my scanner. Very friendly and very helpful too. They do know plenty of info and are able to help you. Very impressed.

Even though I didn't find what I went in the store for. I had a very enjoyable experience anyway. The store personnel was extremely friendly and very helpful. He answered any and all questions I had about chargers, speakers, etc.

Awesome place, awesome customer service, and awesome install. Drove all the way up to Birmingham to have them install a stereo system with backup camera in my truck because I knew they are top notch.

Radio shack 1652 town square S W cullman Al , Absolutely one of the worst establishments I’ve done business with . My wife and I chose to support a local business instead of online shopping for our home security cameras. The sales associates were great , very knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased the cameras and they proceeded to gather of our information in the event we needed to return them . Telling us they would if for any reason they were unsatisfactory. Upon installing one of the cameras ( it was a set 4) it was not a good fit for our family , And did not preform the functions we needed. Only one camera and the NVR had been opened. With everything still in the box and receipt we tried to return them only 3 days later . The store manager was very rude and only willing to offer us half of the retail price not honoring the previous conversion we had that they would return them if deemed unsatisfactory.I now understand if this is the way radio shack conducts their transactions to the local people trying to support them that the franchise has almost gone extinct. Extremely disappointed , would not recommend . Terrible experience , zero stars if it was an option

Wow! It's still really hard to believe that there is an actual brick an mortar Radio Shack left after the nationwide closure of many Radio Shack stores back in 2009. Radio Shack has always been the place to find those rare, hard to find, and often frustrating audio cables an adapters for your various audio/ visual items an or electronic musical instruments, but with the existence this Radio Shack, which I am told is as rare as hens teeth these days, it's good to know that there is still one available here in Cullman.
